FUN BOWL
by Jim Isaac, Committee Chairman
The 2nd Fun Bowl Fundraiser
Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Camelot Bowl in Collinsville, IL
This year we had 16 teams bowling. Besides the 80 bowlers, other advocates came and had fun watching the bowlers bowling in unusual ways, like with a balloon between your legs for one frame!! What a hoot!!!
Trophies & the Pot of Gold
Thank you to Camelot Bowl for providing trophies. Trophies went to the team with the highest score which was Pat Rudloff’s team, the “Rudloff Rompers”. The Rompers consisted of Peter, Madelynn, Rob, David & Kayla Rudloff. Lowest game score trophy was received by Brenda Ringhausen who said she had lots of fun and will be back next year
We had a t-shirt contest again this year and was won by the “Bowling Stones”. This team consisted of Rob Roennigke and his daughter, Vanessa, and Samantha, Jackie and Steve Tiffany.

A very generous NAMI member donated the prize for our “Pot of Gold Raffle”. The prize was a metal planter filled with gardening tools, lady bug picture frame, four Grizzlies tickets, two Cardinal tickets, set of baseball playing cards, and $125 worth of Illinois scratch-off lottery tickets. Then Amy Parent put all the items together and created a beautiful planter filled with the rest of the donated items which was won by lucky winner, Debra Missey from Highland.
Pizza
All teams enjoyed a pizza and soda during the second game which was included in their registration fee. Thanks to Mark Rudolph and his wife, Lorri Homarmand who so kindly donated the pizzas. Nachos were also available thanks to the Nacho Queen, Bev Watkins.
THANK YOU to our sponsors!! Jim Isaac, Committee Chairman
